Appearing on an upward curve Glen Rocco, was sent off joint-favourite for a valuable Grade Three Handicap Chase at Kempton Park. Held-up at the rear of the field, he never threatened to get involved until running on up the home straight late in the day. His pilot never really got after him leaving the impression he may have been in need of the run or simply not travelling. Whatever happened, he is capable of a good deal better.
Spirit Of Kayf 8yo (09Apr11 b g) N W Alexander
Interesting handicap hurdler that showed promise on his second run for his new trainer. He stays two and three-quarter-miles, appearing best on soft/heavy ground. Absent since 2016 until his first run in December, he looks to retain most if not all his ability. His best FSF suggests he can he can make the most of his current handicap mark.
