Accommodation for the Cheltenham Festival is very hard to come by and some hotels and Bed and Breakfasts are booked up from one year to the next. As well as all the beds even the chairs are reserved in the Gold Cup bar at the Queen’s Hotel!
If you’re still looking for accommodation then a good bet is the Cheltenham Tourist Information Centre. You can search their accommodation database here and soon you’ll be able to book a place to stay online too. In the meantime, you can check availability by phoning 01242 522878 or emailing info@cheltenham.gov.uk. Their list changes regularly and the do get cancellations so even close to the Festival they are worth a try if you are in need of a place to stay.
