Lots of rain today from lunchtime till around half an hour ago which will have affected the going at Prestbury Park. Yesterday’s watering of the course was a pointless exercise and it seems that the racecourse authorities have got it wrong once again with their watering policy.
Imagine the scene at the racecourse office on Monday when rain is forecast for Tuesday…’It’s a little quiet today….I know let’s water!’ It really doesn’t make any sense to me but if anyone would like to post some sort of rationale please use the Comments feature below.
